Bay City Town Center is excited to announce the 2018 Christmas Marketplace. The show will feature vendors who specialize in gifts, crafts, art, vintage items, antiques, decor, food and other handcrafted items.
The Christmas Marketplace is also open to “Pop-Up Shops” – the latest trend in holiday shopping, bringing outside retail into the Center for the Holiday Season – and advertising opportunities – manned or unmanned kiosks for your non-retail business.
The Christmas Marketplace will extend from the end of November through the first two weekends in December, possibly the third weekend if there is interest:
– November 23-25
– December 7-9
– December 14-16
1 weekend = $225
2 weekends = $400
3 weekends = $575
A vendor will get prime placement based on when they commit to one or more weekends – once a commitment/payment is made, the vendor will chose their placement. (There are restrictions based on tenants/retailers. i.e. we cannot place a vendor by a tenant that sells the same type of product).
